CNE specializes in providing residential treatment to persons with cognitive, intellectual, neurological and behavioral disabilities. Persons served by the program can also have mobility challenges, seizure disorders, behavioral challenges, autism, visual or hearing impairment or have a combination of these conditions. CNE does not exclude any person from services, participation, benefits, or subject any person to any form of discrimination based upon gender, race, age, creed, religion, nation of origin, or disability.
